Delivery is made by mail or parcel post. Collection possible within business hours or by appointment.
Orders less than € 15,00 to Germany cannot be dispatched and are only possible
if collected. Returns only possible after consultation and have to be prepaid in any case.
Books und transfers are not exchangeable.

Terms of Payment
The first two deliveries C.O.D., after that, delivery is possible with invoice or payment by
automatic debit transfer. All prices are subject to change without notice and include statutory
value added tax. The goods delivered remain our property until complete payment. International
